Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data in the following situations:

(i) With trusted service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, payments), under agreements that require them to handle your data responsibly and, where applicable, include EU Standard Contractual Clauses;

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@tradechainly.com. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes and delete your data unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons.

6

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to user data is limited through role-based permissions, audit logs, and internal access controls.

While we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@tradechainly.com.

7

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies as part of our authentication system (e.g., via Firebase) to maintain secure user sessions. These cookies are required for the core functionality of our Services and do not require consent.

We do not currently use non-essential cookies, such as those for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

If that changes, we will update this policy and, where legally required (such as in the EU), request your consent before setting them.

8

International Data Transfers

We may store or process your personal data in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

When transferring personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), we use approved safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms to help ensure an adequate level of protection in line with applicable data protection laws.

9

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

10
