Establishing Connection

Log in to your Coinbase account. From the left side menu, click on More, then select Advanced API from the menu that appears.

On the new page, click the Create your API key button.

Make sure the API keys tab is selected.

For Spot trading: On the right, click Create API Key. Name your API key, select the Portfolio as Primary. Only View (read-only) should be checked. Do not add an IP whitelist. Click on Create & Download.

For Futures trading: On the right, click Create API Key. Name your API key, select the Portfolio as Perpetuals. Only View (read-only) should be checked. Do not add an IP whitelist. Click on Create & Download.

Copy your API Key and API Secret here.

Click on Sync.

Log in to your Coinbase account.

On the left side menu, click on the Orders button.

In the Orders tab, click on the Visit Statements button on the right side.

On the Statements page, use the Generate custom statement form on the right. Leave the Asset and Transaction Type fields as All assets and All transactions by default. Choose your desired Date range, and set the Format to CSV.

Click Generate. The file will be downloaded automatically.
