Establishing Connection

Log in to your Binance account.

In the top-right corner, hover over the account icon and click on Account from the dropdown menu.

In the left side menu, under the Account section, click on API Management.

Click on the Create API button in the top-right corner, select System generated, and click Next.

Enter a label for your API key and click Next.

Do not edit the permissions — leave everything as it is by default.

Copy your API Key and API Secret here.

Click on Sync.
Spot File Upload

Log in to your Binance account.

In the top-right corner, hover over the account icon and click on Orders from the dropdown menu.

In the left side menu, under the Orders section, click on Spot Order.

Click on the Trade History tab.

In the top-right corner, click the icon button for Export Trade History.

Choose either Within 6 months or All Time from the top of the export window.

If you select Within 6 months, under Select Time Period, choose your desired date range. Then under Format, select Excel and click Export. The file will download automatically — you can upload it directly here.

If you select All Time, under Select Time Period, choose your desired date range. Leave the Pair field as All - All, and click Generate. The file will appear in the Export Details section. You may need to refresh the page if the file doesn’t appear immediately. Once it’s ready, click Download. The downloaded file will be in a ZIP format — unzip it and upload the extracted file here.
Futures File Upload

Log in to your Binance account.

In the top-right corner, hover over the account icon and click on Orders from the dropdown menu.

In the left side menu, under the Orders section, click on Futures Order.

Click on the Trade History tab.

Below the tabs, select the USD-M option (not COIN-M) using the toggle. This ensures the correct file is exported.

In the top-right corner, click the icon button for Export.

Choose either Within 3 months or All Time from the top of the export window.

If you select Within 3 months, under Select Time Period, choose your desired date range and click Export. The file will download automatically — you can upload it directly here.

If you select All Time, under Select Time Period, choose your desired date range. Leave the Symbol field as All, and click Generate. The file will appear in the Export Details section. You may need to refresh the page if the file doesn’t appear immediately. Once it’s ready, click Download. The downloaded file will be in a ZIP format — unzip it and upload the extracted file here.
