Establishing Connection

Log in to your OKX account, then hover over the profile button in the top-right corner, and select API and connections from the dropdown menu.

Click on Create API key on the right side.

Enter a name for your API.

Under Account, select your account if necessary.

Under Used for, choose API Trading.

Leave the IP address allowlist empty as it is.

Under Permissions, leave only the READ option selected (this is the default).

Fill in a passphrase and click Submit all to generate the API key.

Copy your API Key, API Secret, and API Passphrase here.

Click on Sync.
File Upload

Log in to your OKX account.

In the top-right corner, hover over the Assets dropdown and select Order Center.

Click on the Trading history tab.

On the right side, click on the Download button.

Leave the Instrument set to All.

Select your desired date range.

Set the Time zone to UTC+0 (very important).

Leave Set report settings unchecked and make sure CSV is selected (NOT PDF).

Click on the Export button and wait for the download link to appear in the table below.

Click on the Save local copy button to download the file.

Once downloaded, unzip the .csv file.
